Glam Hair - all of the staff, the owner Gina - are top notch....really a cut above all of the rest. Not only are they down to earth, talk with you, cover all aspects of what you want during the consultation, do an expert job, they make you look like a million bucks. I am always happier as well as prettier when I walk out, but I take my time doing so - because I never really want to leave. I'm so happy that I found them, and lucky I must say for having done so. My standing appointment has become an essential in my life. As one gets a bit older, we either give in to the aging process, or we try to maintain and even improve who we are and what we look like. Lets' face it - when you look good, you feel better. Glam hair is an uplifting experience - mentally, physically, and when you look in the mirror. When I first walked in to Glam Hair Extensions, my hair was a wreck!!! I had some horrible weaved in hair that looked like HORSE HAIR. Gina and the girls totally changed my life! My hair looks shiny, silky, and beautiful! I am always getting compliments on how natural it looks. I got the flat hair method, so no more lumpy braids! Yes, my statement is true.
When I walked into Glam Hair I had extensions put in at Sophisto Hair Salon which kept on falling out and the products they had recommended were not meant to be used with extensions, therefore, it would become tangled easily.
So I went to the experts, Glam Hair Extensions.
Jania worked on my extensions and I was impressed by the detail work they did to manage my extensions. At that time I had a "full" extension treament. This entailed removing them (without it hurting), having them wash, cutting of my hair ends and preparing me for the extensions. The extensions were also washed, treated with the most upmost care, dried and layed out in maniques for optimal layout of the extensions.
During the process, they also removed plug extensions which always showed on top of my head when my extensions were growing out. After resetting my extensions back, these later ones were never needed again.
My extensions even feel more comfortable (even to sleep with), they also adviced of what specific products to use with extensions, as well as conditions and they spent time on telling me tips on how to comb and maintain.
Results: no tangling, looks more natural and they DO NOT fall out (like before, every 2 weeks).
The $365 every three months is worth it!
I would highly recommend this salon for anyone whom want extensions that look natural and last.
